MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

We would like to wish you all a MERRY CHRISTMAS!! Cy's list for Santa this year has been very short.. "Woody and Buzz" is all he says when you ask what he wants for Christmas. I'm pretty sure he will get everything on his list because he has been a very good boy!! C.C.'s list is even shorter!! All she EVER wants is FOOD!!! haha.. Like mother like daughter! I just LOVE the Christmas season! I love to remember Christ birth and what Mary must have gone through. I have so much respect for her! My favorite song this season is "Breathe of Heaven" - I bawl every time I hear it!! I can only imagine what she was thinking carrying the son of God! What an honor!! I'm so grateful for the birth of our savior and for his sacrifice and his example!! I try to live by his example, but I know I have a LOT of work to do.. I would like to do more service, and love more unconditionally.. I would like to remember him ALL YEAR long, and not only in December! ;) That's my goal!

NOVEMBER 2009 - BUSY MONTH!!!!

OH MY GOSH!!! Have you ever done an entire post and went to "publish" it and it somehow got deleted??? That's what just happened to me!! I'm so sad! :( K, well.. Pretty much the jist of it was C.C.'s baby blessing, Thanksgiving, and the BYU vs UTAH game..

Collin gave C.C. an AMAZING blessing!! I feel so blessed to have such an husband that holds the priesthood and can bless our babies when they need it. Thanks for being so amazing, Collin!! I Love You! Thanks to EVERYONE who came to the blessing!! We love you guys and all your support and love ALWAYS!!

Cy LOVES his baby sister so much!! (TOO much sometimes).. He always wants her to sit right by him on the rocking chair to watch his "shows".. She has figured out how to block her face when he comes around.. haha.. he loves to kiss her, play with her hair (PULL), pinch her cheeks, make her dance, sing songs to her 1 cm from her face, etc.. haha.. It's so cute, but can be a little annoying sometimes. HA!..
THANKSGIVING.. We started out our Thanksgiving day at the Pinckney Home.. We have SO MUCH to be thankful for that I wouldn't even know where to start! Mostly we are thankful for our families and all the love and support they continue to give us!! We are thankful for our health and for the health of our children, and for the Gospel.. I don't know where we would be without it!!

RISE AND SHOUT!!! This was a FUN game to take Cy to!!! I'm so glad we decided to take him! Cy had so much fun at this game, and of course WE WON!! WOOHOO!! Sorry J, but your team got the BOOT this day.. This was the last home game (BYU vs UTAH) and we had a BLAST!!!

Cy and I often go to my parents because Collin works at nights and one day we went there on a Sunday and I came in to this pic.. My dad asleep reading the paper and Cy, of course climbing all over him!! hahaha... Gotta LOVE PAPA!!

OCTOBER 2009

My cousin Jr Reno Mahe got his jersey retired at Brighton High School, so we went to that and he had a little reception beforehand that we got to visit and eat yummy treats at.. Way to go Jun-E!! We are so proud of you! :) We love you!!

Lachelle, Jojo and I went to the "Vedera" Concert and got a pic with the lead singer!! If you haven't heard of them (which I didn't before an episode of the Hills had them at a concert that Audrina was working at).. You should for SURE check them out!! I LOVE the lead singer's (Kristin) voice.. AMAZING!!! My favorite songs are "Satisfy" "Taking chances" and "Loving Ghosts"... Check em out!!

There is a house over by our neighborhood in Lindon that sets up a train for Halloween and Christmas and Collin and Connie took Cy to ride on it and he LOVED IT!!! I guess it was pretty cold, but that didn't stop them.. The theme was "Nightmare before Christmas" - I guess it was pretty cool.. C.C. and I never made it over - too cold!!
